Metzer serves as Director of Materials at WSB, where he oversees six certified testing laboratories and ensures compliance with all American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials and Oklahoma Department of Transportation specifications and procedures. With extensive experience in construction quality control and assurance, Metzer is skilled in asphalt mix design, profilograph evaluation, and troubleshooting asphalt plant production. His background also includes expertise in excavation, paving, and materials testing processes. Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Metzer is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and performance in WSB’s materials testing operations.
