Specializing in construction management, pavement engineering, and contract administration, he currently oversees several FDOT service contracts in South Florida. His expertise is grounded in a decade-long tenure at Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, where he was pivotal in asphalt operations and pavement evaluation. Recognized for his contributions, Eddie has received several accolades including the FTE Rising Star and Sustained Exceptional Performance Awards. His leadership extends across various CEI projects, enhancing roadway and traffic design within FDOT District 4.
