Jignesh Thakkar, PE, PTOE

Thakkar serves as Director of Traffic at WSB, where he leads traffic engineering and intelligent transportation systems delivery across Texas. With more than two decades of experience, Thakkar has managed and developed projects involving traffic signals, lighting, ITS design, safety and mobility studies, and traffic operations. His leadership supports public and private clients including the Texas Department of Transportation, North Texas Tollway Authority, North Central Texas Council of Governments, and DFW International Airport. Thakkar specializes in traffic signal timing, traffic impact analysis, and travel demand forecasting, guiding WSB’s efforts to enhance mobility and safety across growing communities.
